Chervon cuts outstanding shares by 1.85 million through July buybacks; public float remains compliant

Chervon Holdings Limited filed its Monthly Return with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing on 03 August 2026, detailing share capital movements for the month ended 31 July 2026.

The company’s outstanding ordinary shares fell to 509.20 million from 511.05 million after cancelling 1.85 million shares repurchased on 16 July 2026. An additional 0.45 million shares had been repurchased as of 18 May 2026 but were still pending cancellation at month-end. No treasury shares were held.

Following the reduction, Chervon confirmed that its public float continued to meet the minimum 18.43 % threshold prescribed at listing.

No new share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity instruments were issued during the month.

The return was signed by Joint Company Secretary and CFO Hu Yian, who affirmed that all repurchases and cancellations complied with Hong Kong listing rules and relevant legal requirements.
