China Gold Intl Announces USD 0.12 Special Dividend for FY 2025; Ex-Dividend Date Set for 22 April 2026

China Gold International Resources Corp. Ltd. (China Gold Intl) has declared a special dividend of USD 0.12 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, according to the company’s latest announcement dated 31 March 2026.

The key timetable is as follows: • Ex-dividend date: 22 April 2026 • Latest time to lodge share transfers: 16:30 on 23 April 2026 • Record date: 23 April 2026 • Payment date: 18 June 2026

The dividend will be paid in Hong Kong dollars, with the applicable exchange rate to be announced.

For non-resident Canadian shareholders, a 25% withholding tax will apply, although reduced rates may be available under applicable tax treaties. Shareholders are encouraged to submit the NR301 form to secure any eligible treaty benefits.
