绿源集团控股（02451）于2026年7月17日发布公告，披露其在香港联交所场内回购普通股970,000股，约占回购前已发行股份（不包括库藏股）总数的0.2382%。本次回购每股价格区间介乎13.50港元至14.00港元，平均回购价为13.9599港元，合计支付对价为13,541,105港元（折合约1,354.11万港元）。回购完成后，公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股份）总数为406,335,000股，库藏股份总数为20,332,000股，股份总数维持在426,667,000股不变。
根据公告，绿源集团控股于2026年6月17日通过了购回授权，授权购回股份总数为41,017,000股。截至目前，公司已累计购回3,835,000股，占授权通过当日已发行股份（不包括库藏股）总数的0.935%。公司同时确认本次回购已遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律规定。此公告由执行董事陈郭胜签署。
