网易云音乐股份有限公司（09899）于2026年3月3日发布翌日披露报表，宣布在香港联交所场内回购100,800股普通股。该数额占此前已发行股本（不包括库藏股）约0.04653%。本次回购价格区间介乎每股146港元至151.9港元，总金额为14,994,463.68港元。
回购完成后，公司于2026年3月3日的已发行股本（不包括库藏股）为216,524,398股，库藏股总数增加至1,380,900股，合并计算后公司股本总数仍为217,905,298股。公告同时显示，公司购回授权于2025年6月25日获股东大会批准，授权购回上限为21,739,953股，至今已回购1,049,350股，占授权时已发行股本总数的0.4827%。
公司在公告中确认，本次股份回购履行了香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规的要求。公告由公司秘书黄慧儿签署。
