For the five-month period ending May 31, 2026, SHIMAO GROUP (HKEX: 00813) has reported cumulative contracted sales totaling approximately RMB 6.951 billion.
The total area of contracted sales for this period reached 566,543 square meters, resulting in an average selling price of RMB 12,269 per square meter.
For the single month of May 2026, the group's contracted sales amounted to approximately RMB 1.220 billion.
The contracted sales area for May was 96,846 square meters, with an average selling price of RMB 12,597 per square meter.
