根据公告，截至2026年7月31日，公司法定/注册股本保持在20亿股，每股面值为0.1港元，合计2亿港元，较上月底无增减变动。公司已发行普通股数量维持在923,321,600股，当月并无新增发行、购回、注销或库藏股变动。公司同时确认满足适用的公众持股量要求。
公司另指出，本月并无股份期权计划、可转换债券等相关权益工具的变动，亦未披露其他购回与注销活动。公告显示，公司所有就本月股本和存量股份变动相关的事项均已获董事会正式授权，并符合香港联交所《上市规则》及相关法律法规的要求。报告由公司董事Andrew Chan Lim-Fai签署。
