On 29 April 2026, China Cultural Tourism and Agriculture Group Limited (stock short name: CN CULTURAL-NEW) released a formal notification to non-registered shareholders confirming the online publication of its 2025 Annual Report, accompanying circular, the notice of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the related proxy form.
The Company has uploaded both English and Chinese versions of these documents to its corporate website (www.cctagroup.com.hk) and to the HKExnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk). Shareholders are encouraged to access the electronic files directly.
Non-registered shareholders who experience difficulties accessing the online documents—or who prefer hard copies—may obtain printed versions free of charge. To do so, they must complete the enclosed Request Form and return it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the prepaid mailing label provided or by emailing 542-ecom@vistra.com.
Shareholders holding their shares through intermediaries (banks, brokers, custodians or HKSCC Nominees) and wishing to receive future corporate communications electronically should submit their email addresses to those intermediaries. Until a functional email is registered, only printed notices of publication will be dispatched.
