本次回购价格介乎每股港币0.69元至0.72元，平均回购价约每股0.71港元，合计支付金额约140.97万港元。回购完成后，公司已发行股份总数维持1,707,588,147股，其中1,698,439,647股为已发行股份（不包括库藏股），库藏股数量增至9,148,500股。
截至公告披露日，本次回购在2025年6月27日通过的回购授权下进行，授权可回购股份总数为170,501,064股。根据公告，已根据该回购授权累计回购6,571,000股，占回购授权获通过当日已发行股份（不包括库藏股）总数的约0.3854%。
公司同时确认已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及其他相关法律法规的规定，且本次股份回购业已获得公司董事会正式批准，并履行了所需的合规程序。
