Chuncheng Heat Announces Resignation of Executive Director and Key Management Roles

Chuncheng Heat (01853) has announced that Mr. Xu Chungang has resigned from his positions as Executive Director, Deputy General Manager, and Chief Financial Officer due to work adjustments. Effective May 7, 2026, Mr. Xu will also cease to serve as a member of the board's Remuneration Committee and as an authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Listing Rules. From the same date, Mr. Zhang Liming has been appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee and has also been appointed as an authorized representative.
