2025年11月21日，朝聚眼科医疗控股有限公司(02219)于翌日披露报表中宣布，于当日回购股份12万股，约占已发行股本的0.017%。回购价格区间每股2.55港元至2.58港元，总金额约30.76万港元。
本次回购完成后，公司已发行股本仍为707,510,500股，暂未发生实际注销或库藏股变动。据披露，公司回购授权于2025年6月6日获通过，可回购总数为70,751,050股，目前已合计回购36万股，占授权通过当日已发行股本约0.051%。公司同时确认，此次回购遵守相关上市规则与法律规定。
