Weihai Bank Announces Adjustments to Board Committee Members

Weihai Bank (09677) has announced adjustments to its board committee members, effective from May 29, 2026. Mr. Zhou Liang has been appointed as a member of both the Risk Management Committee and the Audit Committee of the bank's ninth board of directors. Mr. Guo Youhui has been appointed as a member of the Risk Management Committee and as Deputy Director of the Consumer Rights Protection Committee of the ninth board. Additionally, Mr. Zhao Bing will no longer serve as a member of the Risk Management Committee and has been reassigned as a member of the Audit Committee.
