上海挚达科技发展股份有限公司（02650）8月7日公告，根据对集团未经审计合并管理账目的初步评估，公司预计截至2026年6月30日止六个月录得本公司拥有人应占合并亏损不多于约人民币1.2亿元。同期，2025年上半年公司录得亏损约人民币30百万元。
公司表示，亏损扩大主要由于市场竞争激烈及原材料价格上涨，导致本期销售收入及毛利率同比下滑；同时，公司为应对竞争压力采取较为进取的销售策略，带来销售开支增加。
公司指出，上述数据基于董事会目前掌握的最新资料及未经审计的合并管理账目，尚未经过核数师及审计委员会的审核，相关数据仍可能调整。公司计划于2026年8月底前披露中期业绩公告。
