MP CARDIOFLOW-B (ASX: 02160) has announced that on June 4, 2026, the company resolved to grant share options to eligible participants, who are employees of the group, under the share plan adopted by the company on June 27, 2023.
The options allow the subscription for up to 440,000 ordinary shares in the company's capital, each with a par value of US$0.000025, at an exercise price of HK$1.678 per share.
