Following her resignation, Ms. Leung will also cease to serve as the company's authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Listing Rules. Ms. Yeung Bik Chun has been appointed as the Company Secretary and Authorized Representative, with the appointment taking effect on February 5, 2026.
