2026年上半年，恒隆集团披露总收入为63.41亿元（去年同期52.02亿元），同比增长22%。经调整净利润达7.46亿元，相比上年同期的6.97亿元增长7%。公司直接成本及营业费用从去年同期的17.94亿元上升至29.34亿元，行政费用由3.20亿元增至3.25亿元。经营活动现金流从29.79亿元上升至42.52亿元，同比增长约43%。
业务分项
分板块来看：物业租赁收入由49.12亿元增长至51.51亿元，同比增长5%；物业销售收入从1.61亿元增至10.43亿元，同比增幅达548%；酒店收入从1.29亿元增至1.47亿元，同比增长14%。公司在物业销售领域的显著增幅主要由于上半年确认了相关项目的销售收入。
