消息面上，公司此前公告拟以10亿元至20亿元回购A股股份并全部注销以减少注册资本，回购价格不超过750元/股。同时，控股股东、实际控制人朱一明承诺自2026年7月29日起12个月内不以任何方式减持，并计划增持不低于10亿元。临时股东大会定于8月20日审议回购方案，回购计划对市场信心形成有力支撑。
此外，半导体板块今日整体走强，同属存储概念的澜起科技、华虹宏力等均有上涨，板块联动效应亦对兆易创新股价形成提振。
