截至2025年9月30日止六个月，香港经济日报集团有限公司（“香港经济日报集团”）营收为3.64亿港元，同比上期（4.08亿港元）下降约11%。同期毛利为1.56亿港元，略高于上期的1.54亿港元，毛利率从37.8%升至42.9%。经营性层面，报告期内经营亏损为2,698万港元，经营活动所耗现金净额约为2,361万港元。
从主要成本构成看，销售及分销开支由上期的8,954万港元降至7,958万港元，占营收比重约为21.8%；一般及行政开支由上期的1.06亿港元降至1.04亿港元，占营收比重约28.4%。管理层在报告中提到，通过优化业务架构和提升运营效率，整体人员成本及其他相关费用均有所收紧。

媒体板块收入约2.33亿港元，同比减少约15%，主要受本地广告投放持续疲弱影响；信息及软件、财经通讯社板块收入则约1.32亿港元，同比小幅下降约2%，其中金融资讯与相关软件解决方案实现相对平稳的收入表现，部分印刷服务因外部刊物停刊而有所下滑。
