凌雄科技（02436）于2026年7月22日公告，公司当日在香港联交所场内回购普通股合计12万股，占回购前已发行股份总数约0.0345%。本次回购股份的价格区间介于每股19.42港元至20.80港元，合计耗资约237.02万港元。回购完成后，公司已发行股本维持353,259,000股不变，其中流通股份数目约为347,756,400股，库藏股份数目增至约5,502,600股。
公司已于2026年6月5日通过本次购回授权，总数为35,057,910股，迄今已在联交所或其他证券交易所累计回购股份2,822,700股，占授权通过当日已发行股本约0.8052%。本次股份回购后，公司在2026年8月21日之前将适用关于新股发行及库藏股出售或转让的暂止期安排。公司确认其股份回购行为已遵守香港联交所证券上市规则以及相关法律法规的规定。
