PINE TECH (01079) announced that all conditions of the share placement have been fulfilled, with completion taking effect on December 22, 2025. According to the terms of the placement agreement, a total of 100 million placement shares (representing approximately 7.01% of the company's enlarged issued share capital post-completion) were successfully placed to no fewer than six placees at HK$0.30 per share.
