公告显示，减持前，丰盛清洁持有586,543,750股，占总股本约30.1%；完成减持后，其持股降至411,067,600股，占比21.1%。股权变动后，丰盛清洁不再是公司控股股东。
丰盛清洁由公司董事会联席主席兼执行董事李承华全资拥有。
