BEIJING N STAR (HKEX: 00588) has issued an announcement forecasting a net loss attributable to owners for the first half of 2026 in the range of 881 million to 1.08 billion yuan, indicating a continuation of losses compared to the same period last year.

Excluding the impact of fair value changes on investment properties, the net loss attributable to owners is projected to be between 701 million and 860 million yuan.

During the reporting period, the company's loss attributable to owners saw a significant reduction compared to the previous corresponding period. The exhibition and supporting facility services segment maintained stable operations. However, the property development segment, while balancing pricing and inventory clearance, continued to incur losses, resulting in an overall net loss for the company.
