环龙控股(02260)发布公告，在2026年6月26日举行的股东周年大会上，股东以投票表决方式通过全部决议案，其中包括宣派截至2025年12月31日止年度的末期股息每股普通股2港仙。
该末期股息将派付予于2026年7月7日（星期二）名列公司股东名册的股东。为厘定获享末期股息的资格，公司将于2026年7月3日（星期五）至2026年7月7日（星期二）（包括首尾两日）暂停办理股份过户登记手续，所有股份过户文件须不迟于2026年7月2日（星期四）下午四时三十分送达公司的香港股份过户登记处。末期股息预计于2026年10月30日（星期五）或前后派付。
此外，股东周年大会还通过了重选董事、续聘核数师、授予董事一般授权以配发及购回股份，以及采纳第二份经修订及重列组织章程细则等议案。
