For the month ended 31 May 2026, Sichuan Expressway Company Limited filed its routine equity return showing no movements in either authorised or issued share capital across its H- and A-share lines.

The issuer’s authorised share capital remained unchanged at 3.06 billion ordinary shares with a par value of RMB 1 each. This comprises 895.32 million H shares listed in Hong Kong and 2.16 billion A shares listed in Shanghai.

Issued share capital was equally stable. H-share issuance closed the period at 895.32 million shares, while A-share issuance stood at 2.16 billion shares. The company held no treasury shares in either class, indicating that all authorised shares are currently outstanding.

The Hong Kong-listed H shares met the Exchange’s minimum public-float requirement of at least 5 % of the class’s issued shares, as confirmed in the filing.

No share options, warrants, convertibles or other equity-linked instruments were issued, exercised or cancelled during the month, and there were no other share-related transactions requiring disclosure.

The board, through Executive Director and Company Secretary Yao Jiancheng, further certified that all regulatory, listing-rule and legal obligations connected with the company’s equity structure continue to be satisfied.
