HOPSON DEV HOLD (00754) has announced that it received a letter from the Stock Exchange on June 30, 2026. The letter outlines the following guidance for the resumption of share trading:

The directives include publishing all outstanding financial results as required by the Listing Rules and addressing any audit modifications.

The company must also demonstrate its compliance with Rule 13.24 of the Listing Rules.

Furthermore, it is required to appoint an independent internal control advisor to conduct a review. The company must show that it has rectified any significant deficiencies identified in connection with the trading suspension and has properly implemented all necessary remedial measures.

It must also prove that its internal controls are sufficient to effectively achieve their purpose, enabling the company to comply with the Listing Rules and other legal and regulatory requirements, including, but not limited to, financial reporting cycles.

Finally, the company is instructed to disclose all material information to the market to allow shareholders and investors to assess its status.
