On the news front, CTF Services released its full-year results for the period ended June 2026, with full-year revenue of HK$27.0997 billion, up 11.59% year-on-year; profit attributable to shareholders was HK$2.3926 billion, up 11% year-on-year. It proposed a final dividend of 33 HK cents per share, representing a 4% increase year-on-year on a comparable basis. The company also proposed a bonus issue of one share for every ten shares held, stating that this move is to thank shareholders for their long-term support and to enhance share liquidity.
By business segment, attributable operating profit from financial services during the year was HK$1.474 billion, up 19% year-on-year. The company noted that this has become its largest source of operating profit contribution, mainly benefiting from increased release of contractual service margin from CTF Life, with new business value reaching RMB1.303 billion, up 30%.
During the period, the company's net debt ratio fell to 28%. Chief Operating and Financial Officer Lin Zhan stated that the company still maintains a net debt ratio target of between 40% and 45%.
