MANPOWER GRC (02180) announced that, effective January 20, 2026, Mr. Zhang Qi has resigned from his position as a Non-Executive Director and will no longer serve as a member of the Audit Committee. Concurrently, Mr. Liu Xiyu has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director and will join the Investment Committee.
