IMMUNEONCO-B buys back 25,400 H shares; treasury stock rises to 1.47 million units

ImmuneOnco Biopharmaceuticals (Shanghai) Inc. (IMMUNEONCO-B) disclosed a Next Day Disclosure Return for 3 July 2026, reporting a market repurchase of 25,400 H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were bought at prices between HK$3.80 and HK$3.93, representing a volume-weighted average cost of HK$3.87 per share and an aggregate consideration of HK$0.10 million.

Following the transaction: • Issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) fell by 25,400 to 419.01 million, a marginal 0.0061% decrease. • Treasury shares increased to 1.47 million, while total issued shares remained unchanged at 420.48 million.

The repurchase formed part of the mandate approved on 28 May 2026, which allows the company to buy back up to 43.15 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 1.47 million shares, equivalent to 0.34% of the issued share base on the mandate date.

In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, IMMUNEONCO-B is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 3 August 2026. The board confirms that the repurchase complied with all applicable regulations and that all payments have been duly settled.
