首都创投有限公司（Capital VC，股份代号：02324）宣布，其股本重组已经生效。于2026年1月12日（开曼群岛时间），大法院已确认股本削减，并正式登记相关文件；此后，各项股本重组条件悉数达成，调整后股份于2026年1月13日（星期二）上午9时正在香港联交所开始买卖。
股东可于2026年1月13日（星期二）至2026年2月25日（星期三）其间，将现有股份的紫色股票送交公司股份过户登记分处，免费换领调整后股份的橙色新股票。所有现有股票仍可继续有效用于股份买卖、结算、登记及交付。
此外，公司于2026年1月12日（交易时段后）与配售代理签订补充协议，调整配售期、供股记录日期及终止条件等条款。根据补充协议，配售期将自宣布不获认购供股股份及不合资格股东未售出供股股份数量当日（预计为2026年2月23日，星期一）起，至2026年3月5日（星期四）下午4时正止；供股的记录日期为2026年1月26日（星期一）；若因不可抗力或公司业务环境发生重大不利变化等情形，配售代理可于2026年3月6日（星期五）下午4时正前，或双方另行书面约定之日期前终止配售代理委聘。
