TAILAM TECHCON (06193) announced that effective October 31, 2025, Mr. Cui Yushu will resign as an independent non-executive director and concurrently step down from his roles on the audit committee, remuneration committee, and nomination committee. Mr. Wong Kit Wai will be appointed as an independent non-executive director and will join the audit committee, remuneration committee, and nomination committee.
