资料显示，2025年，天岳先进导电型碳化硅衬底的市占率达到了27.6%，超越Wolfspeed问鼎全球第一。其中，公司8英寸碳化硅衬底的市占率更是以51.3%的市场份额遥遥领先。华源证券认为，考虑公司具备规模化量产8英寸SiC衬底的能力，有望受益于SiC衬底行业回暖，迎来需求增长。
国投证券此前指出，CoWoS等先进封装已成为GPU+HBM高带宽互连的重要路径，但更高TDP与更大互连跨度使热点温升、CTE失配与可靠性问题凸显。SiC的“高热导率+高刚性+高耐温”特性，在超高功率密度的封装场景中有显著优势。此外，SiC+光波导有望成为下一代智能眼镜光学系统主流方案。
