For the month ended 31 March 2026, China Mobile Limited reported a net issuance of 3.51 million new Hong Kong-listed ordinary shares, all stemming from employee share-option exercises. The company’s total Hong Kong share count rose marginally to 20.75 billion shares, a dilution of approximately 0.02 percent. No treasury shares were outstanding or transferred during the period.

Option exercises were executed under two 20 May 2020 AGM-approved schemes: • HKD 55.00 strike price: 600,514 options exercised; 160 options lapsed. • HKD 51.60 strike price: 2.91 million options exercised; 609,050 options lapsed.

These exercises generated HKD 183.34 million in proceeds. Combined, 515.56 million options under both schemes remain outstanding, while the maximum pool still available for grant totals 1.23 billion shares.

The company confirmed that its Hong Kong-listed share float continues to satisfy the Exchange’s 5 percent minimum requirement for PRC issuers with other listed shares. Separately, the 902.77 million Shanghai-listed RMB shares were unchanged during the month.
