OrbusNeich Medical Group Holdings Limited (OrbusNeich) has released its 2025 Annual Report, the accompanying circular with Notice of Annual General Meeting, and the 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report. The documents, in both English and Chinese, were posted on 14 April 2026 to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company’s website (https://orbusneich.com).

The board, chaired by Executive Director and CEO Mr David Chien, reaffirmed that all future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms—will be distributed electronically in line with the mandatory e-dissemination framework first announced on 2 February 2024.

Key operational points:

• Shareholders will no longer receive printed copies of corporate communications by default; both language versions will be accessible online. • Non-registered shareholders must supply an email address to their respective banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited to ensure prompt receipt of materials. • Stakeholders preferring hard copies can submit the enclosed Reply Form or email the share registrar (orbusneich.ecom@computershare.com.hk) with their name, address and request.

Queries regarding the new arrangements can be directed to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited via the same email address.
