芯成科技控股有限公司（股票代码：00365）4月30日发布公告称，公司拟在股东周年大会上授予董事会股份购回的一般授权，回购规模上限为截至2026年4月22日已发行股本总额的10%，即最多约1.46亿股。根据公告，芯成科技于香港联合交易所有限公司主板上市，目前已发行股本为14.55亿股。董事会表示，若在资金面允许并认为有利于公司及股东整体利益时，则可能行使回购授权，以提升股东回报并优化资本结构。
公告显示，芯成科技可根据百慕达公司法及上市规则等相关规定，从允许用于股份回购的合法资金中拨付回购款项，包括已缴足股本或可供分配的款项等。公司过往12个月的股价最高与最低成交价分别出现在2025年10月的0.410港元和2025年5月的0.161港元。公司计划于2026年6月2日召开股东周年大会审议该回购议案，并在2026年5月28日至6月2日之间暂停办理股份过户登记手续。芯成科技董事会表示，此举将有助于增强公司市场信心，符合公司及股东的整体最佳利益。
