本季度信息
万邦投资于本财报期（截至2026年3月31日止六个月）实现营收约8,152万元，同比下滑0.52%。经营成本约2,379万元，同比上升22.53%；行政费用约919万元，同比增加31.40%。毛利约5,774万元，同比下降7.64%，毛利率由上年同期的76.3%下降至70.8%。在剔除投资物业公允价值变动影响后，公司租赁业务核心经营利润由上年同期的约5,954万元下降至约5,122万元，同比下滑14.0%，对应经营利润率从72.66%缩减至62.8%。经调整净利润约2,008万元，上一年同期录得亏损约14,151万元，现已实现同比扭亏为盈。
业务分项
报告显示，公司在香港的投资物业租金及服务收入在本期达到约8,152万元，同比降幅较为平缓。期内，中区皇后大道中33号万邦行商场及写字楼的出租率约为91.0%，142–146号金利商业大厦的出租率约为76.0%，皆保持在相对较高水平。公司物业租赁业务仍是主要收入来源。
