Kelfred Holdings Limited (Kelfred) announced that Non-executive Director Ms. Chan Yin Wah (Mrs. Kwok) has been appointed to the company’s five-member Nomination Committee, effective 25 March 2026.

The refreshed committee now comprises: • Mr. Kwok Kwan Fai (chairman) • Mr. Chu Kin Ming • Mr. Hong Sze Lung • Mr. Leung Ka Tin • Ms. Chan Yin Wah

With this change, the Nomination Committee maintains a majority of Independent Non-executive Directors and introduces a female member, meeting the gender diversity expectations set out in Code Provision B.3.5 of the Corporate Governance Code under Hong Kong Listing Rules.

As at 25 March 2026, Kelfred’s Board consists of two Executive Directors (Mr. Kwok Kwan Fai and Mr. Kwok Kwan Yu), two Non-executive Directors (Mr. Kwok Mau Kwan and Ms. Chan Yin Wah) and three Independent Non-executive Directors (Mr. Hong Sze Lung, Mr. Chu Kin Ming and Mr. Leung Ka Tin). The Board states that the latest appointment is intended to enhance the company’s overall corporate governance framework through improved gender representation.
