敏华控股（01999）于2026年6月1日发布翌日披露报表显示，公司于香港联交所场内回购200万股普通股，占回购前已发行股本的约0.05%，回购价格范围为每股3.66港元至3.73港元，合共付出的总代价约740.76万港元。
公告显示，回购完成后，敏华控股的已发行股份总数暂维持为3,878,083,200股，原因在于所回购的股份尚未注销。公司回购授权于2025年6月30日获股东大会通过，授权可回购股份总数为387,808,320股。截至本公告日期，敏华控股已根据该授权合共回购股份25,204,000股，占授权通过当日已发行股本约0.65%。
公司同时确认，上述回购行为均已符合香港联交所证券上市规则及其他适用法律法规的要求。本公告由公司秘书张贤签署。
