The Hong Kong Stock Exchange has granted a new exemption on January 6, 2026. Mr. Zhang Guangdi has been appointed as a Co-Company Secretary for a term of three years, effective January 7, 2026. Following this change, Mr. Luo Weijian will continue to serve as the other Co-Company Secretary.
