2026年9月28日，康宁杰瑞制药-B（09966）公告称，公司于当日在香港联交所场内回购普通股5.8万股，约占回购前已发行股本的0.006%。本次回购价格区间介乎每股港币7.99元至8.06元，合计耗资约46.49万港元。
回购完成后，公司已发行股本由原先的9.66634697亿股减少至9.66576697亿股，同时库存股数增至780.5万股。公司于2026年6月12日通过购回授权，总额度为9685.0669万股，截至目前已累计回购193万股，占该购回授权通过当日已发行股本的0.1993%。
公司确认本次股份购回符合香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法例。公告由执行董事徐霆签署。
