The company had previously submitted listing applications to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on September 16, 2025, and March 23, 2026. On January 28, it received approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission for overseas issuance and listing, allowing it to issue up to 101.5731 million shares overseas. The listing application was approved by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on March 30, with CICC and Bank of America serving as joint sponsors. According to its prospectus, Huaqin Technology is a full-stack intelligent product ODM platform and ranks first globally in several smart product categories. In terms of global consumer electronics ODM shipments, the company was the world's largest consumer electronics ODM manufacturer in 2024, with a market share of 22.5%. It was also the world's second-largest smartphone ODM manufacturer by shipments, holding a 25.9% market share. Additionally, it led as the top global tablet ODM manufacturer with a 37.9% market share and was the largest smart wearable ODM manufacturer worldwide, capturing 18.7% of the market. In the global laptop ODM sector, the company ranked fourth globally and first in China, with a 9.6% market share. In China's data infrastructure business revenue for 2024, Huaqin Technology ranked sixth among all domestic data infrastructure manufacturers, accounting for a 5.0% market share.
