兆科眼科-B（06622）7月20日公告称，其创新药YUVEZZI™（2.75%卡巴胆碱及0.1%酒石酸溴莫尼丁滴眼液）已于2026年7月13日获澳门特别行政区政府药物监督管理局批准，用于治疗老花眼。\n\n该产品为不含防腐剂、可在室温下储存的一日一次瞳孔调节滴眼液，通过固定剂量卡巴胆碱与酒石酸溴莫尼丁复方诱导瞳孔收缩，利用“针孔效应”提升中短距离视觉清晰度。\n\nYUVEZZI™由兆科眼科从美国合作伙伴Tenpoint Therapeutics Ltd.引进。Tenpoint已于2026年1月获得美国食品药品监督管理局（FDA）批准，将该药用于治疗通常在45岁左右发病的老花眼。同年6月，海南省药品监督管理局亦批准该药作为博鳌超级医院的临床急需进口药品使用。\n\n公司正在积极推进YUVEZZI™纳入“港澳药械通”计划，以期让该产品尽早在粤港澳大湾区指定医疗机构投入临床使用。\n\n兆科眼科-B提醒股东及潜在投资者，依据香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第18A.05条，公司无法保证最终能成功开发或商业化该药品。在买卖公司股份时应审慎行事。
