BAUHAUS INT'L (00483) announced the following changes effective from November 14, 2025: Ms. Hui Mei Sum has resigned as an independent non-executive director and will no longer serve as the chairman of the nomination committee or as a member of the audit and remuneration committees. Ms. Chan Wing Yau has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the nomination committee, and a member of both the audit and remuneration committees.
