2026年4月8日，中芯国际（00981）发布公告称，公司于2026年4月2日至4月8日期间，依据多项股份奖励及期权计划，累计发行约11,556,809股普通股股份。发行价格区间为每股0.031港元至23港元，总涉资约62.67万港元。
\n\n发行后，公司于香港联交所上市的已发行股本增至6,013,454,078股，较此前的6,001,897,269股增加约0.19%。公司同时披露，于上海证券交易所科创板上市的普通股维持在1,999,562,549股，不存在新增发行或库藏股变动。
\n\n公告显示，本次股份发行已获得董事会正式授权，并遵循香港联交所上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由公司秘书郭光莉签署。
