公告显示，公司于2026年6月30日回购464,814股A类普通股，约占当日已发行股本的0.04926%。回购价格于每股美元6.4125至美元6.50之间，总金额约美元300.00万。回购完成后，公司已发行A类普通股总数仍为820,296,931股，库藏股则保持在0股。
根据公告，BOSS直聘-W本次回购依据2026年6月25日通过的购回授权进行。根据该授权，公司可回购不超过93,335,937股股份。截至公告日，公司已根据该授权分别于香港联交所或其他证券交易所累计回购2,352,608股，占授权通过当日已发行股本总数约0.2521%。
