2026年7月21日，北京亿华通科技股份有限公司（02402，以下简称“亿华通”）公告称，公司及其全资子公司唐山谦辰新能源发展有限公司（以下简称“唐山谦辰”）近日收到佛山市飞驰汽车科技有限公司（以下简称“佛山飞驰”）向广东省佛山市中级人民法院提交的民事诉状。
佛山飞驰在民事诉状中提出以下诉讼请求： 1. 要求唐山瀚逸氢能科技有限公司（第一被告）及唐山谦辰（第二被告）向佛山飞驰支付约人民币1.94亿元的购车款； 2. 以上述约人民币1.94亿元为本金，自2026年5月11日起按全国银行间同业拆借中心公布的一年期贷款市场报价利率（LPR）上浮50%计息，直至全部款项付清； 3. 要求亿华通对唐山谦辰所欠债务承担共同及各别责任； 4. 由各被告承担案件受理费及保全费。
亿华通表示，公司及唐山谦辰正就民事诉状寻求法律意见。根据目前评估，截至公告日期，上述诉讼预计不会对集团整体日常运营造成重大影响。如有进一步重大进展，公司将及时披露。
