On May 28, Dosilicon Co.,Ltd. and National Silicon Industry Group Co.,Ltd. successively issued announcements regarding shareholding reductions by a major state fund. Furthermore, according to Hong Kong Exchange filings, the fund's long position in Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation has also decreased.

Dosilicon Co.,Ltd.: Major Shareholder National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund Reduces Holdings Dosilicon Co.,Ltd. announced that its shareholder holding more than 5%, the National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund Co., Ltd., reduced its holdings by a total of 1.4224 million shares between May 19 and May 28 through centralized bidding and block trades. Its shareholding ratio decreased from 12.90% to 11.90%, crossing a 1% threshold. This reduction is part of a previously disclosed plan, does not trigger a mandatory tender offer obligation, and will not change the company's controlling shareholder or actual controller.

National Silicon Industry Group Co.,Ltd.: Second Largest Shareholder National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund Reduces Holdings National Silicon Industry Group Co.,Ltd. announced that its shareholder, the National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund Co., Ltd., reduced its holdings by a cumulative 33.0502 million shares through block trades between May 20 and May 28. Its shareholding ratio decreased from 13.89% to 12.89%, a change in rights reaching the 1% mark. This reduction fulfills a previously disclosed plan and will not alter the company's status of having no controlling shareholder and no actual controller.

National Integrated Circuit Fund's Long Position in Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation Falls to 7.99% According to Hong Kong Exchange filings, the long position held by the National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund Co., Ltd. in Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation decreased from 8.08% to 7.99% on May 26.
