Zhejiang Taimei Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (TAIMEI TECH) disclosed that it bought back 20,000 H shares on 5 October 2026. The on-market purchase was executed within a price range of HKD 4.58 to HKD 4.96, translating into an average cost of HKD 4.78 per share and a total cash outlay of HKD 95,534.
Following the transaction, the company’s treasury-share balance increased from 7.36 million to 7.38 million shares, while the number of issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) fell marginally from 193.23 million to 193.21 million. Total issued share capital remains unchanged at 200.59 million shares, as the repurchased stock is being held in treasury rather than cancelled.
The repurchase represents approximately 0.01% of the company’s issued shares prior to the transaction and was conducted under the mandate approved on 23 June 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 20.02 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 6.96 million shares, leaving capacity to repurchase a further 13.05 million shares.
In accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, TAIMEI TECH is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 4 November 2026.
