Hong Kong ZCloud Technology Construction Limited (the “Company”) has announced that, based on unaudited management accounts for the six months ended 30 September 2025 (“HY2025”), the profit attributable to owners is expected to be not less than HK$3.2 million. This figure marks a decline compared with the HK$16.7 million profit recorded for the same period in 2024.

According to the announcement, the anticipated decrease is primarily due to a reduction in gross profit resulting from additional costs incurred during the finalisation of certain building construction service projects, as well as increased material costs. The interim results for HY2025 are scheduled to be released on 28 November 2025, and shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s shares.
