7月16日，卡罗特（商业）有限公司（02549）公告称，经董事会对集团截至2026年6月30日止六个月未经审计综合管理账目进行初步审阅，并参考现有资料后，预计报告期间集团收入及净利润均将较2025年同期录得约30%至35%的增长。
公司指出，本期业绩向好主要受以下因素驱动： 1. 持续优化渠道结构，包括深化与优质渠道合作、拓展新渠道及缩减低效渠道，以集中资源于高效率渠道； 2. 产品结构与运营效率持续改善，主要产品类别及新产品表现良好，精细化运营和组织管理推动销售快速增长。
公告强调，相关财务数据尚未经过核数师或董事会审计委员会的审核或审阅，最终业绩将载于拟于2026年8月底前发布的中期业绩公告中。
