Micro-Mechanics Founder Gifts 250,000 Shares to The Borch Foundation

Micro-Mechanics (5DD) announced that its founder and Executive Chairman, Christopher Borch, has donated 250,000 company shares to The Borch Foundation.

The latest gift raises the cumulative number of Micro-Mechanics shares donated by Mr Borch and his family to the foundation to 8.35 million.

The Borch Foundation, established in 2007 by Mr Borch and his wife, is a tax-exempt charitable organization under section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code. It supports non-profit initiatives in education, community development, environment and conservation.

The donation was disclosed in a filing dated Mar, 09 2026.
