晶泰控股于2025年度实现收入约8.03亿元，较2024年的2.66亿元大幅增长。其中，“药物发现解决方案”板块从1.04亿元增至5.38亿元，“AI for Science智慧解决方案”则由1.63亿元上升至2.65亿元。同期营业成本为2.43亿元，研发投入亦从4.18亿元提升至5.69亿元，一般及行政开支小幅下降至4.10亿元，销售及营销开支则增至0.81亿元。
得益于收入增长与公允价值收益变动，2025年度实现年内利润1.35亿元，相较2024年的亏损15.15亿元显著改善，经调整利润由上一年度的-4.57亿元转为2.58亿元。资产负债结构方面，截至2025年末，公司总资产约为102.17亿元，较上年大幅提升；权益总额从39.92亿元增至94.31亿元，负债总额则由2.80亿元增加至5.06亿元。
现金流量方面，经营活动产生的净流出额由4.79亿元缩减至1.65亿元；投资活动出现39.46亿元净流出，而2024年则为0.74亿元净流入；融资活动带来55.67亿元净现金流入，高于上一年度的8.40亿元。最终，年末现金及现金等价物结余增至25.73亿元。综合来看，公司在2025年大幅扩张主营业务规模并实现盈利转变，整体财务状况随权益规模扩张而得到进一步增强。
